Ingredients

6 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a large cast-iron skillet or an oven-safe baking dish in the oven to heat up.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the batter is smooth and well combined.

Once the oven is preheated, carefully remove the hot skillet or baking dish. Pour the melted butter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom.

Immediately pour the pancake batter over the melted butter in the pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are puffed up and golden brown, and the center is set.

Remove from the oven, and let it cool for a minute. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh lemon wedges for squeezing on top.
