Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes for a spicy kick

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and sauté for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

    Make the Garlic Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.

      Slice the Chicken: Once the chicken has cooled slightly, slice it into thin strips.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over it. Place a layer of fresh spinach leaves on top, followed by the sliced chicken. Add the diced tomatoes and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the filling.

          Fold the Wrap: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to enclose the filling.

            Toast the Wraps: In the same skillet used for the chicken, place the wraps seam-side down. Heat over medium-low heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
