2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Hot sauce for drizzling

Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, and Italian herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

    Heat Tortillas: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Warm each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side, just until pliable. Remove from skillet and set aside.

      Assemble Wraps: Lay a warm tortilla on a flat surface. Place a generous amount of the cheesy chicken filling in the center, and add a handful of fresh spinach and a few diced tomatoes on top.

        Roll Them Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to the top, making sure the filling is secure inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
