Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup baby spinach

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup ranch dressing (optional)

Cooking spray or olive oil for grilling

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley. Mix until all ingredients are well blended.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread ¼ of the chicken mixture down the center of the tortilla. Top with a handful of baby spinach and a few diced tomatoes. If desired, drizzle with ranch dressing.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Grill the Wraps: Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Once grilled, remove the wraps from the skillet and let them rest for a minute. Slice in half diagonally and serve warm with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping, if desired!
