2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 carrot, julienned

3 green onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Cook the Ramen: In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add the instant ramen noodles and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

      Stir-Fry Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.

        Cook the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the sliced red bell pepper, broccoli florets, and carrots. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
