Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 oz rotini pasta

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

      Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chicken breasts and sear for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside to rest.

        Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
