Ingredients
  

2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (can use rotisserie chicken)

4 strips of crispy bacon, crumbled

1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/3 cup ranch dressing

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: sliced jalapeños for a spicy kick

Prepare the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until warmed through and slightly crispy.

    Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the warmed chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and cheddar cheese. Drizzle ranch dressing over the mixture and toss gently until everything is coated evenly.

      Assemble the Wrap: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon half of the chicken filling mixture onto the lower half of the tortilla. (Feel free to add jalapeños for extra heat!)

        Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling, then roll the bottom edge up over the filling, tucking it in tightly as you go. Repeat with the second tortilla.

          Crisp the Wrap: In the same skillet (add more oil if necessary), place the wraps seam side down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.

            Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet, let them cool for a minute, then slice in half diagonally. Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
