Ingredients

12 oz. fettuccine or penne pasta

1 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon soy sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, boil water with a pinch of salt. Add the fettuccine or penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Steak: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over high heat. Add the thinly sliced sirloin steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add sliced onion and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Combine Ingredients: Return the steak to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and let cook for about 5 minutes.

Make the Cream Sauce: Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Allow the mixture to simmer for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

Add the Cheese: Stir in the provolone and Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.

Toss in the Pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the noodles are well coated with the creamy sauce.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot. Enjoy your luxurious Philly Cheese Steak Pasta with family!
