Easy Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
  

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste

Burger buns

Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for garnishing

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and chopped onion. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

    Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

      Divide the chicken mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

        Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil.

          Cook the chicken patties for about 5-6 minutes on one side until they are golden brown. Flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

            Meanwhile, toast the burger buns lightly if desired.

              Assemble the burgers by spreading a little mayonnaise on the bottom bun, adding the chicken patty, and topping with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Finish with the top bun.
