2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

4 cups chicken broth

2 packs of ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)

2 cups spinach leaves

1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced

3 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon miso paste

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a small bowl, combine sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 20 minutes.

    Cook the Chicken: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the marinated chicken thighs for 5-7 minutes on each side until they are fully cooked and caramelized. Remove from heat and let rest, then slice into strips.

      Prepare the Broth: In a large pot, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer.
