Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granola or crushed nuts (optional, for topping)

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them in half for even coating.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Coat the Strawberries: Dip each strawberry half into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated. Use a fork to help lift them out if needed.

Create Clusters: Place the yogurt-coated strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. If you’re adding granola or crushed nuts, sprinkle them over the top of each strawberry while the yogurt is still wet.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt is fully frozen.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy!
