Ingredients

For the Wraps:

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sliced pickles

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce:

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar, chopped dill pickles, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined smoothly. Cover and refrigerate to let the flavors meld while you prepare the wraps.

      Cook the Beef:

In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add the ground beef. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked (about 7-10 minutes). Drain any excess fat and set aside.

          Assemble the Wraps:

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous tablespoon of the special sauce in the center of the tortilla.

Add a layer of cooked ground beef (approx. 1/4 cup), followed by a handful of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced pickles, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.

                Wrap it Up:

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it from the bottom up securely while keeping the filling inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

                    Toast the Wraps (optional):

If desired, place the wraps seam side down in a clean skillet over medium heat. Toast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly crispy.

                        Serve:

Slice the wraps in half diagonally for easier eating. Serve with extra special sauce on the side for dipping.

                            Prep Time, Total Time, Servings:
