Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and deboned

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup hot honey (or honey mixed with a pinch of cayenne)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Sliced green onions for garnish

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes (about 1-inch).

Season: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon cubes and toss gently to coat evenly.

Bake: Arrange the seasoned salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they’re spaced apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.

Make Sauce: While salmon is baking, mix the hot honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.

Glaze: Once the salmon is done, drizzle the hot honey sauce over the bites while they are still on the baking sheet, and toss gently to coat.

Serve: Transfer the glazed salmon bites to a serving platter. Garnish with sliced green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve warm.
