Ingredients

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 ½ cups milk

2 large eggs

½ cup melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup mini marshmallows

½ cup chocolate chips

½ cup crushed graham crackers

Whipped cream (for serving)

Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are fine.

Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.

Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Lightly grease it with non-stick cooking spray if necessary.

Pour batter onto the hot waffle iron (amount will depend on your waffle maker size) and cook until golden brown and crispy. This usually takes about 4-5 minutes.

Once cooked, carefully remove the waffles and place them on a serving plate.

Serve the waffles hot, topped with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, and a few extra mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs for garnish.

Optionally, you can toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch for a smoky flavor before adding them to your waffles.
