        - Let marinate for 15 minutes.

          Make the Mango Salsa:

            - In a separate mixing bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.

              - Gently mix and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.

                Cook the Shrimp:

                    - Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

                        - In another bowl, gently toss diced avocados with lime juice and a sprinkle of salt to enhance their flavor and prevent browning.

                            - In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt (or sour cream), lime juice, chili powder, honey (or agave syrup), and a pinch of salt until smooth.

                                - If desired, start with a base of cooked quinoa or rice in a bowl.

                                  - Top with cooked shrimp, seasoned avocados, and a generous scoop of mango salsa.

                                    - Drizzle lime-chili sauce on top and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and lime wedges.
