1 can (15 oz) tuna, drained (preferably in olive oil)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cucumber, diced

¼ red onion, finely chopped

¼ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons capers, rinsed

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, capers, and fresh parsley.
