Ingredients
  

4 cups watermelon, cubed

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

Zest of 1 lime

Juice of 2 limes

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the lime zest, lime juice, honey or maple syrup (if using), and a pinch of salt until well combined.

      Pour the lime dressing over the mixed fruits and gently toss to combine, making sure the fruits are well coated.

        Add the chopped mint leaves and stir gently again to incorporate.

          Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

            Serve chilled, either in individual bowls or as a larger salad.
